This is a usa made Rochester not a cloned. This is a direct replacement with no modifications needed for the mercarb 2 Barrel for the 5.0/305 engine. Both the Rochester and Mercarb have the fuel entry on the same side and also the bolt pattern is the same, the Rochester has 2 (two) mixture screw adjustments and is jetted and made for the 5.0
